What is CRM (Customer Relationship Management)?
CRM (customer relationship management) is the system used by an enterprise to manage customer relationships in an organized way. In Software domain it is an application that helps you do that. In other words it is an application that provides methods, tools and interface along with Internet capabilities to achieve the goal of managing customer relations. For example, a company acn build a database about its clients that described relationships in sufficient detail. This can help its management, salespeople, people providing service, and perhaps the customer directly to access information, match needs with product plans and offerings, remind of service requirements, know what other products a customer had purchased, and so forth.
